I'm Karol Franco, a communications executive with over 16 years of experience leading positioning, reputation, and growth strategies for global organizations, governments, media, and high-impact initiatives.
My approach combines strategic thinking, narrative sensitivity, and a proven ability to turn messaging into brand value.

I've designed and executed institutional and multicultural campaigns that engage diverse audiences, activate partnerships, and strengthen corporate reputation in complex environments. My track record includes work with the United Nations, AECOM, and the Presidency of Colombia, among others.

In addition to my corporate work, I'm also an author and editorial producer. I contributed to the bestselling Expert World Leaders Book and have led the creation of editorial projects that spotlight extraordinary women and their impact across industries—elevating their voices through books, media, and global platforms.

My work has been recognized with the WAW Honorary Award (UK, 2021), the Best Independent Media Award (Peru), and multiple honors for advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly in gender equality, leadership, and access to information.
